About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager living in the Southwark area to oversee the smooth running of our Bermondsey Street office. This role is central to ensuring an efficient, professional, and welcoming working environment for staff, clients, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring the workspace is well-organised and fully functional.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and suppliers.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment, including ordering and stock management.
  • Oversee meeting room bookings, set-up, and refreshments.
  • Liaise with building management and contractors for maintenance and facilities issues.
  • Support senior staff with administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases.
  • Assist with health & safety compliance, including inductions and fire drills.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in office management, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT systems.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
