Job description

A very successful, boutique consultancy with a global presence is currently looking for someone to manage the day-to-day operations of their London HQ and provide PA support to the MDs. This will suit a charismatic, confident, self-starter with a pro-active attitude who is looking for the next step up in their career.

The role is extremely diverse and will suit someone who enjoys taking on a varied workload and spinning many plates. You will be based in stunning, modern, family-feel offices in the heart of London and will be sole support for the office. The position requires someone who is able to work autonomously in a collaborative environment and be excited by the prospect of taking ownership of overseeing the office space, and helping drive company culture.

Responsibilities will include:

  • PA support including diary & inbox management, booking international travel, scheduling meetings.
  • Front of house: Meeting and greeting guests, meeting room management, organising catering for meetings and events.
  • Office operations: Managing the facilities, external supplier relationships e.g IT, health & safety, organising team socials/company events, keeping office suppliers stocked up, driving a positive company culture!
