We are looking for a
self-motivated Office Manager and Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and PA support to the Oxford Robotics Institute (ORI). This is a pivotal position at the hub of the ORI. Working in an exciting, dynamic research environment you will be expected to co-ordinate the administrative responsibilities of the Director, as well as take primary responsibility for ORI general office administration. Working with the Administrator you will define and lead key administrative duties to a high professional standard. You will also supervise the ORI Administrative Assistant. We’re seeking an individual with a good general level of education. You will be expected to be able to manage your own workload and to work with minimum instruction in a fast-moving environment. You should have experience of managing administrative processes or customer facing work, with a strong professional outlook. You will also have experience of diary management, including making complex travel arrangements and organising events.We are looking for a
