We are partnering with a creative social impact agency that has an opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join their small, collaborative team in their London office. The agency collaborates with organizations worldwide to craft impactful and innovative campaigns that drive lasting change.
With a broad and varied remit, this role is central to the smooth running of their office and also assisting with an imminent office move. Responsibilities range from front-of-house duties to office maintenance. You will support internal events, help with staff onboarding/offboarding, and manage office expenses and budgets. You will also work with the project team on financial budgets, provide diary management support to the leadership team, and organize travel and client meetings. Projects include organizing an upcoming office move and taking ownership of the smooth transition into their new offices.
Successful candidates will have solid experience as an Office Manager within a small business, with experience in financial support, budget management, and good Excel competency. You’ll be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks smoothly. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to keep everything running smoothly and support the team effectively.
