We are seeking an exceptionalOffice Managerto join our dedicated team at Loxley Hall School.Our school provides a nurturing residential environment for 96 boys who have faced significant barriers in accessing mainstream education. We believe in creating an inclusive, supportive learning experience that encourages growth, resilience, and achievement for every student.This is a fantastic opportunity to take a lead role in managing and developing the administrative systems that keep our school running smoothly – and to do so in a supportive environment where no two days are the same.
About the Role
As our Office Manager, you will be at the heart of the school’s operations. You’ll lead a small team, ensure our administrative systems are efficient, and support with HR and financial procedures. You’ll also work closely with staff, pupils, families, and external stakeholders – so great communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

We are looking for someone who:
You should also hold a relevant qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3 in Business/Admin or equivalent experience) or be willing to work towards this qualification.
Experience working in a school or education setting is desirable – but not essential if you can demonstrate transferable skills and a commitment to our ethos.
