A leading international design agency in London is seeking an experienced PA/Office Manager. This role involves providing high-level support, managing office operations, and acting as a liaison with the Dubai team. Candidates should have 2–4 years of experience in a similar role, be highly organized, and possess strong problem-solving skills. The position is office-based five days a week and offers a dynamic work environment.
A leading international design agency is looking to find a confident, capable and proactive PA/Office Manager to support the London office and act as a key liaison with their Dubai-based team.
This is a pivotal and continually developing role at the heart of a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll provide high-level PA support to the Founding Partner (based between London and Dubai), occasional assistance to another senior leader, and ensure smooth day-to-day running of the studio. You will need to be able to think on your feet, have exceptional problem solving skills and be super flexible.
This is more than just diary management. You’ll be the trusted go-to for a busy, fast-paced leader — managing scheduling across time zones, ensuring logistics run smoothly, and occasionally stepping in to support with personal matters or property-related errands. At the same time, you’ll take ownership of the office environment — handling suppliers, setting up internal events and training, and keeping everything running efficiently.
This position is office based 5 days per week in central London - half day finish on Fridays
