Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth work-flow.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and maintenance requirements.
  • Book some travel when required
  • Arrange office social events
  • Support the HR Director in a generalist capacity but with an emphasis on Employer Relations
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with regulations.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Act as a point of contact for staff queries and office-related concerns.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and health & safety standards.

The Successful Applicant
