Thisposition offers a fantastic opportunity to cover a maternity leave from beginningof November. The role involves overseeing daily office functions, includingmanaging supplies and equipment. With a supportive line manager, you'll receiveguidance and support throughout your tenure.

Highlights:

  • Pay range of £18-£20 per hour
  • On-site work - Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Order office supplies and manage inventory lists
  • Coordinate with equipment servicing vendors and handle phone interactions
  • Assist visitors and support reception duties
  • Manage office relocation, including vendor research and disposals
  • Coordinate the dismissal of existing contracts and decommissioning of the current office

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of office management experience
  • Google Suite experience is a plus
  • Experience with office relocations is ideal
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
