Office Manager / Front of House - part time, London

We are seeking a part-time Office Manager / Front of House to work 3 days a week for a financial services company. This permanent role requires presence in the office from Tuesday to Thursday. The ideal candidate will handle reception duties, office management, and contribute to an upcoming office move. The role offers hours from 8.30am to 5pm, with a salary of up to £38k pro rata plus benefits.

Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with and manage external contractors
  • Manage reception duties
  • Oversee office inductions, staff compliance, and health and safety
  • Organize company events
Candidate Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in an office move
  • Strong communication and literacy skills
  • Excellent attitude and highly organized
