A well-regarded firm of Financial Planners in South Manchester is seeking an Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will manage office staff, ensure efficient office systems, and contribute to a productive work environment. Qualifications

  • Experience within a Financial Services background, ideally from an IFA Firm.
  • Proficient with Back Office Systems & Provider Platforms.
  • Experience managing teams and HR duties is beneficial.

OFFICE MANAGER - Financial Planning Practice

Location | South Manchester

NJR Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-known and highly regarded firm of Financial Planners who are keen to hire a new Office Manager.

Our client is looking for an organised, proactive, and reliable candidate to oversee the day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and strong attention to detail. You will come from a strong Financial Services background, ideally an IFA Firm where you will have gained knowledge of using Back Office Systems & Provider Platforms.

Requirements:

  • Overseeing the general running of the office and the client experience
  • Managing a small team of 5 office assistants
  • HR duties (with the potential for some duties to be outsourced) including health and safety, fire safety etc and overseeing our employee reward program
  • Managing contracts and software licences
  • Overseeing office maintenance and IT issues
  • Ad Hoc duties and project work
  • Experience of financial services systems an advantage (e.g. Intelliflo), excel competent
