Honeycomb is excited to be partnering with a prestigious and well-regarded organisation to find a talented Office Manager/Facilities Manager to join their dynamic and welcoming team in Belfast city centre.

The Job
We are currently seeking an experienced professional in office management/facilities management to join a dynamic and well-established organisation. The role involves working within a business support team to deliver a broad range of office support services efficiently and effectively. It requires close collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure services meet organisational needs, while also identifying opportunities for improvement. The position calls for strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a proactive approach. Proficiency in ICT and familiarity with platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams are also essential.

Essential Criteria
Education & IT Competence:
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above, including English and Maths
  • Educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent)
  • Advanced knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Confident using and developing Audio-Visual platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams)
Experience & Abilities:
  • At least 2 years' experience in a broad office support or similar role
  • Experience working at a managerial level in a professional setting, including task prioritisation
  • Knowledge and experience in supporting project delivery, including working with managers under tight deadlines
  • Clear understanding of confidentiality in a sensitive regulatory environment
  • Commitment to high standards and professionalism
  • Highly professional personal presentation
  • Excellent professional, organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines while maintaining high accuracy
  • Proactive attitude with a 'can do' approach
  • Ability to use initiative and solve problems independently
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • High professional standards in customer service for both internal and external stakeholders
