Office Manager / Exams Officer (Permanent, Full-Time) – Location: Croydon. Salary: £28,000 – £31,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Hours: 45 per week (including a paid one-hour daily break). Start Date: Immediate.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and experienced Office Manager / Exams Officer to join a welcoming and inclusive special school in South London. The school provides a safe, nurturing environment for children and young people with a range of complex needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. This pivotal role sits at the heart of the school’s operations, combining leadership of the administrative function with responsibility for the efficient coordination and compliance of all examinations processes.
The Office Manager / Exams Officer plays a key role in ensuring the smooth daily running of the school’s administrative operations, as well as overseeing all internal and external examination processes in accordance with regulatory requirements. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work confidently across various platforms and systems.
