Job Description:

  • Serve as the single point of contact for all VIP guest relations and front-of-house services.
  • Plan and manage high-profile events in London, both onsite and offsite.
  • Liaise with personal assistants and protocol teams to co-create visit agendas.
  • Lead and manage a chauffeur service, including two direct reports.
  • Maintain guest preference lists and ensure all reception and concierge services meet the highest standards.
  • Coordinate logistics including travel, meeting room bookings, and office allocations.
  • Ensure VIP areas are impeccably maintained and fully functional.
  • Analyse guest feedback and implement continuous improvement strategies.
  • Provide regular reports to senior stakeholders on guest activities and outcomes.


The Successful Applicant

A successful VIP Guest Services professional should have:

  • Previous experience in a guest services or EA and Office Management role for UHNWI, and C-suite.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules.
  • Familiarity with London and its premium services and venues is advantageous.
  • Ability to work weekends, and evenings if necessary.
  • Exposure to the Saudi Arabian market and customs is advantageous but not necessary.
