Job Description:

We are working exclusively with a successful and well-established estate agency to recruit an experienced Office Manager for their Colburn branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and organised individual with a background in estate agency who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the property sales process and be confident in managing a branch team, whilst delivering exceptional service to clients throughout their property journey.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Providing day-to-day leadership to the branch team, maintaining high standards and a collaborative working environment

Overseeing daily operations to ensure an efficient and positive client experience

Managing a portfolio of residential properties from instruction to completion

Conducting market appraisals using local knowledge and professional insight to secure new business

Supporting sales performance through effective lead generation, negotiation, and management of the sales pipeline

Building long-term relationships with clients and guiding them through each stage of the process

Monitoring branch KPIs and contributing to business planning and reviews

Coaching and supporting the team in their professional development

Working closely with internal teams across marketing, sales progression, and administration to ensure a smooth, joined-up service

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience working within an estate agency is essential, ideally with some team leadership or management experience

NAEA qualification is preferred, although we will consider candidates willing to complete this within six months

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional approach

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

A proactive attitude to decision-making, task management, and problem solving

Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office

Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Good knowledge of the local area and a genuine interest in the property sector
