Streamline Recruitment has partnered with a leading M&E contractor renowned across Europe & London in sectors such as Commercial, Pharmaceutical, and Data Centres.

This is an excellent opportunity for an office manager seeking to join a company with a strong culture, clear progression paths, and involvement in some of London's most prestigious projects.

Role Responsibilities

  1. Act as the main point of contact for incoming IT equipment required on site.
  2. Raise IT tickets for server access, project email groups, etc.
  3. Print and maintain all hard copy files related to the project.
  4. Familiarity with purchasing systems for raising Purchase Orders, registering invoices, and goods receipting.
  5. Order, file, and store drawings properly.
  6. Update organizational charts.
  7. Order office supplies and consumables, and ensure proper storage upon delivery.
  8. Raise site orders for PPE, verify deliveries, and store items appropriately.
  9. Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).
  10. Manage timesheets.
  11. Scan and file QSO packs, delivery notes, and send to accounts.
  12. Coordinate inductions.
  13. Manage meeting room allocations proactively.
  14. Follow company procedures for document submissions and issue tracking.
  15. Liaise with the main document controller to resolve discrepancies and complete documentation.
  16. Control and update project documents on the server, including incoming information and document registers.
  17. Register and upload documents to A-Site, ensuring full distribution to the supply chain.
  18. Monitor document statuses and comments for outgoing information.
  19. Maintain and update registers for outgoing documents such as drawings, RAMS, and technical submittals.

Experience/Qualifications Required:

  • Ability to take ownership of the role and work independently.
  • Strong team-working skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility.
  • Proficient IT skills, particularly in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
