We are actively recruiting for a permanent role with a leading accountancy firm based in Oakham, within a short commute of Kettering, Corby, and Leicester. The position can be part-time or full-time and combines the duties of an Office Manager, Bookkeeper & Payroll Lead. Salary is negotiable and depends on experience and qualifications.

To manage the day-to-day running of the office, oversee bookkeeping and payroll functions and provide leadership to the finance and administration teams. The role ensures operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and compliance, while delivering excellent service to clients and supporting directors.
