Salary:

SO1 (£33,366 - £35,235)

Permanent, full-time, all year round

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager and PA to the Head Teacher to join our team at NUSA, supporting a critical function at the academy. Please see the attached job pack for more information.

Purpose

Responsible for providing a high-quality Administration & PA service that supports the educational ambitions of a school with high aspirations.

To support the Head of School through the provision of a confidential, professional, efficient, and responsive administrative service. This service includes handling highly sensitive, confidential, and conflicting issues daily, dealing with staff, parents, governors, and other external bodies.

The Office Manager will be responsible and accountable for delivering a high-quality administration service and will be required to act on their own initiative, using careful judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
