Job description

Office Manager and PA Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive, intuitive, and hard-working individual for a fantastic Office Manager and PA role within a close-knit company based in Birmingham City Centre.

This company boasts a rapidly growing, market-leading environment. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, requiring some flexibility to travel to London and attend meetings.

Ideal candidates will have existing office management or senior administration experience, including process and system improvements. Working collaboratively, you'll have opportunities to develop and grow within this role. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  1. Day-to-day office management, including stock control, client services, and supplier liaison
  2. Meeting and greeting clients
  3. Providing PA support
  4. Ensuring all processes and systems are improved
  5. Ownership of HR and recruitment processes
  6. Leading procurement and supplier management
  7. Managing IT for the office
  8. Handling highly confidential business support needs

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of a busy office environment, ideally within a close-knit, professional setting. Experience working in an unstructured environment is key, alongside a proactive approach. You should be a forward thinker, diligent, and maintain a calm approach to work.
