Office Manager – Location: Just 20 minutes outside Belfast City Centre; Salary: £35,000 + Excellent Workplace Benefits; Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm | Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm

Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive and experienced Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure the smooth running of the workplace. This key position will focus on enhancing efficiency, supporting staff, and maintaining a well-organized, productive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office functions to ensure seamless workflows across departments
  • Collaborate with staff and senior leadership to improve processes and boost team performance
  • Coordinate internal communications, staff meetings, and promote cross-team collaboration
  • Lead employee development initiatives including training, onboarding, and performance management
  • Support HR with record keeping, inductions, appraisals, and compliance requirements
  • Oversee office budgets, track expenditures, and maintain cost-effective relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Ensure health and safety standards are upheld and the office environment is maintained
  • Handle correspondence, reporting, and general administrative duties
Essential Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in office management or a similar leadership role
  • Proven ability to manage complex operations in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication skills with talent for team building and conflict resolution
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with scheduling, project management, and CRM software
  • Experience managing budgets, vendor negotiations, and expense tracking
  • Degree in Business, Management, or equivalent relevant experience
