School Office Manager

Required from September 2025

Permanent, 37 hours per week

(term time only, Monday to Friday plus 5 days)

Grade 6, point 9-15 (£27,254- 30,024)

Actual salary £23,966- £26,402 per annum

We are seeking to appoint an Office Manager at our small and highly successful Catholic Primary School. You will join a dedicated, enthusiastic and hardworking team and as the first point of contact for the school, will work in partnership with pupils, staff, parents, governors and other agencies.

Responsibilities
  • Taking the lead responsibility in maintaining an efficient and effective office.
  • Implementing systems and procedures in support of the school.
  • Providing support in maintaining and monitoring the School’s financial and personnel systems in liaison and under the direction of Entrust
  • Supporting the school and governors to make the most of their resources.
  • Carrying out administrative activities supporting the school community.
Requirements

As well as having excellent organisational, communication and IT skills, the successful candidate must be able to work flexibly and will also contribute to our strong, Catholic ethos.
