Overview

This key position covers Office Management, H&S, Logistics and Operations, liaising with high profile customers, HR, Payroll and Finance to support the growth and success of the business in a niche, high end sector. The role requires a highly professional, experienced, proactive and extremely organised individual who can provide a key supporting function, helping shape, implement and see through internal processes with a calm, tenacious multi-tasking approach across all functions.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team delivering administration including purchase orders, invoicing, sales orders, payments and management of company vehicles.
  • Ensure timely and cost effective purchasing for site, production and office; oversee deliveries, vehicles and related administration.
  • Lead Health & Safety responsibilities including vehicle and plant insurance, service and inspections; organise H&S training, equipment maintenance scheduling, weekly production walk rounds and reporting. NEBOSH qualifications will be beneficial.
  • Handle HR duties such as inductions, payroll, timesheets and holidays; organise company events; oversee Apprenticeship programmes.
  • Operate at a highly professional level to resolve problems calmly and clearly, supporting business projects that are unique within the sector.
