OCU is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join the team based in Moray, Scotland.

As the Office Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the office and supporting the overall administration of the business. You will be responsible for coordinating office functions, managing administrative processes, and fostering a supportive work environment that enables the organisation to achieve its goals effectively.

You will also need to:

  1. Supervise and support administrative staff, ensuring high levels of performance and morale.
  2. Manage travel bookings, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  3. Act as the main point of contact for staff regarding office-related issues.
  4. Work closely with other members of the OCU Group to develop relationships and improve shared ways of working.
  5. Understand and operate within the office budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  6. Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant UK regulations.
  7. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality.
  8. Act as the Fire Warden or First Aider where required and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety laws.

To be successful: You will need at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrable competence with Microsoft Office suite, strong communication skills at all levels including executive leadership, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
