Job summary

Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Primary School, a Voluntary Academy, in Sleaford, is seeking an Office Manager to lead the school office and administration team, ensuring smooth, efficient and professional operations.

You will bring experience from a busy office, demonstrate excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills, plan and prioritise deadlines, and build strong relationships with pupils, parents, staff and external partners.

Job description

Working in our main school office you will provide a high-quality service, leading the administration team. You will come into daily contact with our parents and staff so, as well as having administrative experience, you will also possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

This is a permanent full-time role working 37 hours per week, term time only.

About the role

As our Office Manager, you will take a leading role in ensuring our school office runs smoothly, efficiently and professionally. You will:

• (Desirable) Have experience with school MIS and finance systems.
