About Our Client
An exciting role with an Architect firm in Nottingham.
Job Title: Office Manager
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000
Work Schedule: 4 days on-site, 1 day work from home, 7.5 hours, core hours 10am-4pm, 1 hour lunch
Benefits:

Job Description
- Maintains office services by organising office operations and procedures
- Day to day control of data, finance, facilities & correspondence
- Must demonstrate excellent knowledge in business management disciplines, financial management
- Be knowledgeable of technological developments
- Required to support management to various team members

- Excellent leadership and relationship building skills
- Literacy & Numeracy skills essential for document finalising and sign off
- Eye for detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication via all channels
- Organised and thorough with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure, to tight deadlines
