We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to take ownership of day-to-day office functions while ensuring our financial administration is accurate and efficient. You'll be the central point of contact for staff, clients, and suppliers, making sure projects run seamlessly from an administrative and financial perspective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administration
  • Oversee invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and financial record-keeping
  • Liaise with project managers, site teams, and external stakeholders
  • Support payroll processing and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Streamline office systems and improve efficiency
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, ideally within construction or civil engineering
  • Strong knowledge of invoicing and accounts processes
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, QuickBooks - desirable)
