Job description

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. You will be the heartbeat of our Manchester HQ office, supporting and assisting our UK Directors and playing a key role in our office duties and events.

- Office supplies & maintenance

- Team support

- Health & safety basics

- Organising office events

- Diary & meeting management of the UK managing directors

- Organising travel

- Communication and Liaison between the executives and their teams

- Personal and expense management

- Tool and systems - such as keeping schedules up to date and using office related platforms confidently
