  • Office coordination experience (PAT testing, office health & safety, maintenance etc.)

  • Budgeting experience (invoices, raising POs etc.)
  • Strong relationship management (dealing with contracts for cleaners and waste management, dealings with suppliers for ZIP taps, florists etc.)
  • Emotional intelligence, reliability and maturity
  • Proactive and reactive. Someone who can adapt quickly
  • A positive 'can-do' attitude and personable
  • Takes initiative and is very helpful
