Job description

The Pearse Group is a group of boutique financial services focussed recruitment agencies including Pearse Partners and Pearse Professionals.

We're hiring for an Office Manager/ administration assistant to ownership of the day to day running of our London office, including supporting the Managing Director in a personal and professional capacity. We're a fast paced, hands on office meaning no two days will look the same!

We have ambitious growth plans and there's opportunity for this role to grow with the business.

Responsibilities:

Including, but not limited to;

  • Be the ‘go-to’ for all administrative tasks. This includes working with internal and external stakeholders & suppliers, managing the grocery orders, scheduling office maintenance and making sure the office is always well presented
  • Coordinate and manage the scheduling of meetings and events for the director team
  • Maintain accurate reporting and KPI tracking
  • Arrange bi-yearly team wide company off-sites including all travel arrangements, logistical support and cost analysis.
  • Be a point of contact to all third-party suppliers
  • Managing our internal interim payroll and contracting
  • Opportunity to pick up on operation tasks and improvement on team efficiencies
  • Support Managing Director with personal and professional admin assistance as and when requested
  • Foster a positive and collaborative office culture

This is a fast-paced role where responsibilities vary. You'll have an ability to push back with suppliers and stakeholders while maintaining a go to attitude.
