We’re looking for a proactive and personable Office Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations in a vibrant, design-led workspace.
The Role
This is a key position at the heart of the business- ensuring the office runs seamlessly while supporting the wider team across admin, facilities, and culture. You'll be the go to to person for everything from greeting visitors to supplier management and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the smooth daily running of the office environment
Act as the first point of contact for all office-related queries
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers
Manage office budgets, supplies, equipment, and health & safety compliance
Organise meetings, events, and internal communications
Support senior management and operations team with admin and process improvements
Champion a positive, inclusive, and productive office culture
About You
Previous experience in an Office Manager or similar administrative role
Exceptionally organised and detail-focused
Personable, approachable, and solution-driven
Able to take initiative and work independently
Confident using office systems and tools (e.g. MS Office, Teams, Google Workspace)
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
