Are you a people person with Office Management experience and strong IT skills?

Do you enjoy being the ‘go to’ person and no job too big or too small?

A prestigious Real Estate firm is looking for an Office Manager to keep their stunning West End office running smoothly.

If you enjoy being a central figure in a busy office and enjoy a close-knit working environment then we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Managing all IT matters within the office, as advised by IT service provider
  • Creating new systems and records
  • Developing strong supplier relationships
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • Managing Health and Safety initiatives
  • Maintaining service contracts, always seeking best terms
  • Using initiative for making improvements when appropriate
  • Taking ownership of office management budget
  • Overseeing Receptionist team (2)
  • Ad hoc Projects

The skills you need to bring:

  • Previous Office Management experience, used to wearing a variety of hats!
  • Exposure to Property sector advantageous
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Office 365
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Proactive self-starter with ability to complete the full ‘A-Z’ of a task/project.
