As the Office Manager, you'll be at the heart of the business - supporting various departments and ensuring a seamless administrative experience. You'll inherit a talented team of five administrators, so strong people management skills are essential. Position: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Liverpool

Salary: Competitive - £35,000.00 to £40,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of administrators, providing guidance, support, and effectively managing their workloads.
Act as the primary contact for all office support, ensuring everyone has what they need to succeed.
Oversee supplies and facilities, working with building management to address health and safety requirements.
Lead on handling customer correspondence, queries, and complaints with professionalism and care.
Support the team with travel bookings and accommodation arrangements.
Liaise between managers and senior leadership.
Organise staff compliance (e.g., issuing staff ID passes).
Process invoices, raise purchase orders, and manage voucher orders efficiently.
Conduct thorough investigations for lost ticket claims and duplicate card queries.
