The Role:
As the Office Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

Oversee day-to-day office operations and being the "go to" person for all operations and facilities matters
Build strong relationships with internal colleagues and external customer and suppliers to align with business goals
Maintain and update office policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with health and safety, data protection, and company standards
Manage office budgets, supplies and inventory
Liaise with building management company and external contractors to ensure facilities standards are maintained
Lead and project manage office moves and refurbishments, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
Support finance team with invoice processing, including receiving, verifying, coding, and submitting invoices for approval and payment tracking
Assist with budget management and expense tracking
Provide administrative assistance to relevant stakeholders
Greet and assist visitors professionally and ensure a welcoming environmentKey Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in office software especially the MS Office suite. Experience of using finance software such as Xero would be advantageous
Experience of setting up AV equipment and basic IT troubleshooting would be helpful
A proactive attitude and a knack for problem-solving
