A leading logistics real estate company in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Office Manager to support daily operations. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, manage office contracts, and assist in marketing efforts. Strong organization and communication skills are crucial for this role. We are looking for a dynamic and service-minded Office Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our Glasgow office.
The Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. Additionally, they will support local teams and contribute to creating and improving marketing materials for our properties.
The ideal candidate is a multitasker, able to work independently, well organized, flexible, and enjoys administrative challenges supporting a diverse office environment.
