Office Manager

Based in London (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office)

£35,000–£38,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities:
  • Keeping our office operations slick, from supplies to space planning
  • Coordinating team events, socials, and celebrations (we love a good party)
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes with warmth and precision
  • Liaising with building management, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Managing health & safety, fire warden duties, and first aid protocols
  • Helping shape a positive, inclusive, and productive office culture
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in office or operations management
  • A natural flair for organisation and problem-solving
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude
  • Confidence using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
  • A passion for sustainability and doing things differently
  • Mental Health First Aid or Fire Warden training (a bonus, not a must)
