An established industry player is seeking an ambitious Office Manager to join their finance team in Norwich. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Company Accountant and contribute to the preparation and analysis of management accounts, support quarterly forecasting, and manage financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, ideally with AAT qualifications or part ACCA/CIMA. Office Manager (Finance Based)

Norwich - Fully office based

cGBP35k + Study Support

3/4 days a week

Keeler Recruitment are working exclusively alongside a construction firm based in Norwich to find an ambitious and driven Office Manager to join their close knit team. Working alongside the Company Accountant and external team, your duties will be;

  • Assist with the Preparation, analysis, and presentation of monthly management accounts for the senior team.
  • Support and analyse the quarterly forecasting process
  • Management of the Profit & Loss account and Balance Sheet including profit, tax and net asset planning
  • Monthly reporting to the Managing Director
  • Liaison with external advisers (auditors, tax advisors)
  • Verifying subcontractors for CIS purposes
  • Sub-contractor payment runs
  • Processing CIS payments including HMRC Returns
  • Assisting with other finance and administration duties.
