Office Manager – Join a Growing Company in Leicester!
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE) | Holidays: 28 days + bank holidays

If you’re an experienced Office Manager who thrives on organisation and getting things done, we’ve got a fantastic opportunity for you! We're supporting a well-established manufacturer in Leicester to find their next superstar to help keep everything running smoothly.

This role will see you supporting the Directors, taking on key responsibilities to ensure the office runs efficiently day-to-day while offering plenty of variety. Last year was a year of growth for the company – and they’re going from strength to strength!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Overseeing office operations and procedures – reporting directly to the Directors
Managing and mentoring a team across Finance, Sales, Admin, HR, and Customer Service
Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls
Managing Accounts, VAT Returns, Payroll, and Month End duties
Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training
Preparing reports for senior management
Maintaining the office budget, supplies, and equipment

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in office management (Finance experience is essential)
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Strong communicator with a keen eye for detail
Proficient in MS Office and office management software
Ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease

What’s On Offer:

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (family-friendly)
28 Days Holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)
