Our established Dungannon based client are recruiting a highly motivated and organised Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy multi-site business. The Office Manager will play a key role in ensuring that the business runs smoothly by overseeing the administrative, financial and customer service functions. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and experience leading a team. In return, the successful candidate will benefit from:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management including overseeing daily operations including finance duties, appointment scheduling and liaising with other sites.
  • Staff supervision and HR duties including recruitment, employee performance reviews & rota management.
  • Primary point of contact for customer enquiries, addressing issues and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention levels are maintained.
  • Ensure KPIs for the business are met including compliance checks, regulatory requirements and auditing.
  • Marketing duties to include promotional activities and business awareness.
Personal Specification:
  • 5 Years previous experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent people management skills.
  • Highly organised and IT literate.
  • Excellent communication skills.
