Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Derby, Office-Based
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 DOE - also part of management bonus structure.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 17:30pm
Contract: 40-hour week
Lunch Break: 60 minutes

Job Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with excellent organisational and management skills to oversee the daily operations of their office while supporting their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure efficient functioning of the office environment.
  • Manage office administration tasks including filing, record keeping, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for the management team.
  • Support financial management tasks, such as invoicing and expenses.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Assist in the management of personnel, providing support where needed.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and operational.
  • Liaise with external suppliers and contractors.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management software.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented attitude.

Package & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 DOE
  • Bonus: Management bonus based on performance.
  • Holidays: 25 days + 8 bank holidays (33 days total).
