This pivotal role requires managing a small team and supporting a Senior MD while overseeing various office operations. The role includes overseeing onboarding processes, managing diary logistics, and mentoring the EA team.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a 'lynchpin' role providing Office Management / Operational and EA support.
  • Preference for prior financial services or similar corporate industry experience.

  • Experience of managing a team.
  • Experience in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently and on own initiative.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

This is a pivotal role supporting a Senior MD whilst also managing a small, high performing team of EAs. Our client is seeking someone with strong people management experience, exceptional organisational ability, and the confidence and gravitas to operate at the highest level.

  • Overseeing office operations: onboarding, seating plans, resource planning, invoice processing, supplies
  • Supporting a senior MD with complex diary and international travel management (approx. 10% of this will be personal)
  • Managing and mentoring the EA team (approx 3)
  • Acting as a confident, approachable leader within the team

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience + discretionary bonus
  • Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm (30-minute lunch), with flexibility as needed
  • Workplace Culture: Primarily office-based, with occasional flexibility
  • Start Date: ASAP
