Job description

We have a current opportunity for an Office Manager on a contract basis to start. The position will be based in London. For further information about this position, please apply.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Take ownership of day-to-day office operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently.
  2. Act as a reliable point of contact for internal teams and external vendors.
  3. Proactively identify and solve office-related issues before they escalate.
  4. Provide administrative assistance to multiple departments, including document preparation, scheduling, and internal follow-up.
  5. Raise and send invoices, support basic finance admin, and liaise with accounting as needed.
  6. Keep office supplies stocked, manage orders, and coordinate with service providers.
  7. Support employee onboarding and general office IT/setup logistics.
  8. Handle general correspondence, filing, and document control.
What We're Looking For
  1. Someone proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented - a self-starter who takes initiative.
  2. Previous experience in office management, team support, or an administrative coordination role.
  3. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  4. Comfortable with invoice handling and supporting light finance tasks.

  6. Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude.
  7. Able to commit to working on-site in London, 5 days a week.
