You'll be responsible for ensuring our office is welcoming, organised and running efficiently, providing support across multiple departments and acting as the go-to person for all office related matters. From coordinating suppliers and contractors to ordering office supplies, preparing meeting rooms and supporting day-to-day office operations, you'll take ownership of creating an environment where our people can do their best work.
We're looking for someone who enjoys taking initiative, solving problems and building strong relationships. You'll be confident working independently, managing multiple priorities and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
