Office Manager – Busy Bees Burntwood Head Office

Location: Burntwood, Staffordshire
Contract: Permanent, Full Time 35 hours per week
Salary: DOE
Reports to: Facilities Manager

As Office Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our office runs smoothly, our visitors feel welcome, and our senior leadership team is supported every step of the way. Role Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist all staff, visitors, and contractors with professionalism and warmth
  • Oversee the office enquiries line and manage day-to-day front-of-house operations
  • Manage the meeting room booking system to ensure smooth usage of space
  • Organise refreshments, lunches, and supplies for meetings and training sessions
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including special deliveries
  • Keep the office environment organised, clutter-free, and visually professional
  • Coordinate events such as buffets, office celebrations, and our annual Christmas party
  • Support internal charity initiatives and gifting programmes
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for the Senior Management and Executive teams
  • Maintain office archiving and storage systems, both online and physical
  • Provide occasional administrative/PA support to the European CEO to assist with diary management, presentation formatting etc.
Required Qualifications
