Job Description

The key responsibilities of a Office Manager candidate will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Oversee the daily operations of the office and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure proper communication and reporting practices.
  • Implement effective office policies and procedures.
  • Manage administrative staff and delegate responsibilities effectively.
  • Organise company records and documents.
  • Coordinate office meetings and events.
  • Handle office procurement and budget management.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to within the office.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Office Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in an office management role within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Ability to commute to Altrincham, Trafford.
