Job Title – Office Junior – Luxury Holiday Product Assistant

Job Location – London

Salary – £18k – £20k

You must have a passion for the travel sector. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the travel sector or have studied the travel sector at college or university.

Our client is recruiting a product assistant; this role is perfect for someone that is looking to break into the travel sector. Our client is based in Central London and has a stunning office overlooking the River Thames.

In the role, you will be working in the cruise product department and will be designing itineraries and researching new routes and destinations. Also, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing upcoming cruise departures.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing itineraries for luxury cruises
  • Monitoring and management of upcoming cruise departures
  • Loading and checking passenger data with great accuracy
  • Researching innovative ideas for new excursions
  • Communicating with internal and external partners
  • Generating invoices
  • Assisting with the maintenance of the company website

Key Skills/Experience Needed:

  • This would be perfect for a school leaver or someone looking to get into the travel industry
  • Motivated and proactive individual with a strong team ethic
  • Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
