OCU Groupare looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Office Junior to support the smooth running of our office operations. This entry-level position is ideal for someone starting their career in administration who is eager to learn and grow within a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting visitors and answering incoming phone calls
  • Sorting and distributing incoming post and deliveries
  • Sending outgoing mail and organising couriers as required
  • Maintaining office supplies and stationery, reordering when necessary
  • Filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Assisting with basic data entry and maintaining records
  • Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Keeping the reception and communal areas tidy and presentable
  • Booking meeting rooms and assisting with hospitality arrangements
Requirements
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • A friendly, professional, and proactive attitude
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Basic IT skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)
