Office Junior – British Tours Ltd (West End, London)

Support the planning and delivery of private tours in London Britain

British Tours Ltd is seeking a reliable and well-organised Office Junior to support our team in delivering bespoke private tours across the UK for overseas visitors. Based in our busy West End office, this is an ideal opportunity for someone starting out in their career who is interested in travel, culture, and administration.

Working closely with the Tour Planning team, you’ll assist with a range of administrative and logistical tasks - from booking tickets and confirming reservations to preparing client documents and supporting the day-to-day running of the office.

Both full-time and seasonal roles are available in this post.

What we’re looking for:

  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A clear and polite telephone manner
  • Competent written English
  • A willingness to learn and take initiative
  • A friendly, helpful attitude and a team-player mindset
  • An interest in travel and British heritage is a plus
  • Some previous office experience is welcome but not essential

The position includes working one weekend in every three, for which you’ll receive four days off every three weeks in return.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Booking tickets, transport and accommodation for tours
  • Liaising with suppliers to confirm arrangements
  • Preparing client documentation and itineraries
  • Answering phones and handling basic enquiries
  • Assisting with tour costings and records
  • Supporting the Tour Planning team as required
  • General office administration

Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, with potential for progression based on experience and performance.
