We're currently seeking a motivated and reliable Office Junior to join our client's friendly team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start their career in a busy office environment, with plenty of room to grow and develop new skills.

As the Office Junior, you'll provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. You don't need previous experience - just a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and great attention to detail.



Job Title: Office Junior

Location: Windsor

Salary: Circa £25,000 per annum



Key Responsibilities:

* Answering and directing phone calls
* Greeting visitors and handling incoming/outgoing post
* Filing, scanning, photocopying and data entry
* Assisting with general office duties and errands
* Supporting team members with administrative tasks as needed
* Maintaining a clean and organised office environment



Skills & Experience:

* Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A professional, friendly manner and team-focused attitude
* Willingness to learn and take initiative
