C&C Search is currently recruiting an Office Admin and IT Assistant for a renowned philanthropic organisation based in central London – a fantastic opportunity offering purpose-driven work.

All about the role and company you would be working for!

Position:
Office Admin and IT Assistant – supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office, with additional IT coordination and administrative responsibilities. This role reports into the Business Manager and works closely with the wider Finance and Operations team.

Salary:
£28,000 – £30,000 per annum, depending on experience

Key responsibilities for this Operations Assistant position:

  • Act as first point of contact for operational queries across the business.
  • Maintain a well-run, well-stocked, and safe office environment.
  • Manage post, deliveries, couriers and liaise with external suppliers and facilities.
  • Support health & safety processes, undertaking training for first aid/fire warden responsibilities.
  • Liaise with external IT support and help manage devices, mobile phones, and AV equipment.
  • Support basic Salesforce CRM administration.
  • Maintain accurate records and help process orders, invoices, and inventory.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Finance team and Director of Finance and Operations.

What background and experience is the company looking for?

  • Proven experience in office administration, ideally with exposure to facilities and IT coordination.
  • Comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels and being the go-to person in the office.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office 365 and both Windows/macOS systems.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM would be an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and a proactive, can-do mindset.
  • Someone approachable, dependable, and able to keep things running smoothly.
  • Interest in working in a purpose-led environment, ideally with some exposure to the charity or non-profit sector.
