Digital Waffle is proud to be working with a dynamic and fast-growing business in the digital media and content production space. Our client is looking for an experienced Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join their team full-time, based onsite in the heart of Birmingham's creative district.
Full-time | 5 days onsite (with flexible hours on offer)
Birmingham City Centre
£30,000-£35,000 DOE
The Role:
This is a hands-on, varied position combining day-to-day financial management with office coordination. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping things organised, accurate, and efficient.
You'll be a key player in maintaining the smooth running of internal operations - managing financial processes, supporting the wider team, and ensuring the office runs like clockwork.
Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain accurate financial records (sales/purchase ledgers, expenses, royalty payments)

  • Manage multi-currency reconciliations (Bank, PayPal, Stripe)

  • Support credit control and VAT returns

  • Liaise with payroll providers and external accountants

  • Assist with financial reporting, forecasting, and audit prep

  • Oversee office supplies, equipment and service contracts

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Provide admin support across departments and maintain internal systems


What We're Looking For:


  • Previous experience in a similar finance/office support role

  • Proficiency with cloud-based accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks)

  • Confident with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs etc.)

  • Excellent organisational skills and a proactive mindset

  • A strong communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels

  • AAT-qualified or similar is preferred
