Creative Studio
Full-time, 5 days onsite - 9.30am - 6.30pm
£38,000–£45,000


We’re working with a leading creative studio to find a hands-on, proactive Office & Facilities Managerto join their London HQ. This is a varied and people-centric role at the heart of the business — perfect for someone who thrives on juggling priorities, takes real pride in creating a welcoming workspace, and enjoys being the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage daily operationsacross a multi-floor creative studio space
  • Oversee facilities and suppliers— from AC and maintenance to security audits and cleaning
  • Act as front-of-house leadand manage the studio runner
  • Provide light PA/EA supportto senior leadership — including travel bookings (international and domestic), diary coordination, and general admin
  • Coordinate studio events and social activities— including wrap parties, team celebrations, Pride events, birthdays, and other culture initiatives
  • Ensure the office is fully stocked, safe, and supports a positive working environment
  • Champion company culture and help make the studio a great place to work



About you:

  • Proactive, hands-on, and always two steps ahead
  • Friendly and approachable, with a calm and steady presence
  • Highly organised, with strong multitasking skills and good attention to detail
  • Previous experience in office or facilities management (preferably in a creative or fast-paced industry)
  • Confident using Google Suite (email, calendar, chat)
